HL Central is an independent corporation run by and for Harvard Law School students. Since 1999, HL Central’s mission has been to improve student life through online services, social activities, and community service. The organization is legally and financially independent of the school, and funding is derived solely from contributions made by sponsoring organizations.

 

One of our organization’s goals is to make recruiting activities as useful as possible for both students and firms. After having been through the recruiting process as 1Ls and 2Ls, we are aware of what is successful (in terms of dates, locations, themes, etc.) and what is not, and we plan accordingly.

 

For those firms who work with us, we are willing to organize recruitment events in their entirety (or just focus on any combination of the following) – contact the restaurant, make the arrangements, promote the event, and distribute firm information to students (through mailbox distribution, emails, and class announcements).  More than sixty “AmLaw 200” law firms currently sponsor HL Central; please click here for a complete list of our sponsors.
